Bright windows throughout the home bring the outdoors inside. Smooth and textured tile accents and clean lines of the expansive built-in cabinetry incorporate the modern feel this home evokes. Three level home with a short flight of stairs invites you to the private master suite level with mountains views.  Home has many amenities which include a smart home system and a theater room with the Dolby Atmos System for a three-dimensional sound enhancement. 

Modern Build with lots of space for this three-level home.  Lots of unique architectural features from the exterior to the interior. Bamboo T&G wrap the first two levels with custom vertical metal siding wrapping the third level.  With a very large rooftop deck for entertainment as you enjoy the panoramic views.  Wide plank white oak flooring throughout home and polished concrete on the lower level. Modern sleek cabinets all throughout the home. Kitchen makes a huge statement with the clean lines and 12' wood slab countertop.  Front entry is one of a kind with metal panels and stair railing up to a beautiful white oak pivot entry door.

Amazing Craftsman design with plenty of open space from the interior to the covered back patio. Plenty of cabinets to store everything and enlarge laundry/craft room. Gorgeous kitchen with shiplap accents. Built-in desks in kids and guest bedrooms.  Built-in home theater with Atmos system and smart home system throughout home.  Built-in patio BBQ and fireplace or relax in the yard patio and listen to the bubbler water feature.  

This was our first Street Of Dreams show house we built in 2012.  The details and craftsmanship were at the highest standards which we continue to do with all of our projects.                        More detail description will be added soon.
