Step 1:  Let’s Get Acquainted

    No one knows what you want better than you. So whether you have designs in hand or just a handful of ideas, get in touch with us. We love working with you from the very beginning of your new home to the day you turn the key in your new front door. We want your new home to perfectly fit you, your family and your budget. It all begins with our first conversation.

Step 2: Consultation

    After our initial connection, we’ll set up a time to meet you. We’ll go through each step of the home building process with you. This is not only a time for us to see what you want in your new home, but it’s our opportunity to learn more about your desired outcome, and for you to learn more about our process. If you have designs, bring them. If you already have a lot, bring photos your land survey or subdivision plot if you have them. We’ll carefully explain how each phase works, including:

• Design (if necessary)
• Construction by phase
• Costs for each phase

After the consultation, we’ll take all the information we’ve gathered and do any necessary research. If you have a lot, we’ll visit it with you. Once that’s done we will be able to give you our expert opinion and cost

Step 3:  Design 

    If you need a design for your new build or just some help going through what you already have, we’ll walk through every step with you. We are happy to refer you to trusted architects, designers and engineers that we work with. We love working side-by-side with you and your architect because we may have construction or material suggestions that can save you money. The result will be a detailed, well thought-out plan that will deliver the home of your dreams.

Step 4:  Scheduling, Costs, Permitting

    Everything we’ve learned together in our consulting and design steps will now go into a detailed outline that includes your building schedule and costs. We will go over this with you in detail, answering any questions you may have. Once we’ve have all the permits in place, we can set a start date. We’ll both sign a detailed build agreement at this time.

Step 5: Building

    Finally, the moment you’ve been waiting for has arrived. You’ve gone from dreams to plans, now your new home is becoming a reality. As your new construction progresses, we’ll consistently update you, so there aren’t any surprises. We want your building experience to be as perfect as your home itself.

Step 6: Completion

    We’re totally committed to you through the entire process. Once we get close to finishing your new home we’ll have you walk through with our team and you’ll be able to show us any final, minor changes you may want.

Then comes our favorite step, watching you walk into your new, finished home for the first time and seeing the delight on your face. We’ve taken a journey together, and this is the destination.
